About Us (Albert and Dorothy)

The purpose of this store is to provide wonderful gifts for all your special occasions, and in the process, raise much needed funds that go towards expenses related to the care, formula, kibble, vaccination, sterilization and other medical expenses incurred in the rescue of orphaned and abandoned kittens and control through sterilization of adult feral cat populations in the Gqeberha community. 

For many years,  Dorothy has been hosting large holiday gatherings and surprising and delighting her guests with super prizes, hampers and gifts!! 

Since leaving the corporate world, Dorothy has poured her energy into her grandchildren and fostering many, many abandoned, orphaned kittens and cats which she has mostly done from her own finances - be it medical, kitten formula, kitten mousse, kibble, etc ... it can get quite costly!

So she decided to do what she does best ... making people happy with her unique and thoughtful gifts AND giving kittens and cats a most deserving second chance at a happy life by donating a healthy percentage of gross monthly sale income to a rescue and rehabilitation organization she works closely with! 

WHO IS ALBERT???  Albert is a very precious little boy kitty who came to Dorothy as a tiny kitten after having being rescued from the most dire of situations.   He was so severely malnourished and grossly underweight for his age and was knocking on heaven's door.

Through lots of special care and treatment, Albert pulled through and is the most handsome of fine, young, gentlemanly cats who is absolutely living his best life with Dorothy  and Onno at their home in Lovemore Heights 🐈 😻 .
